We hired Soulshine Cyclery to shuttle us from Bemidji to Brainerd so we could ride the Paul Bunyan State Trail. Rhonda was our driver and she had good local knowledge and a passion for cycling… it was a wonderful experience. They have a great van setup for hauling bikes and were very accommodating. After our ride we stopped by the bike shop and were very impressed by the great quality and selection of their gear (good brands)! Great experience and would definitely recommend. ????

My daughter & I just spent five days biking like royalty!! Jesse of Soulshine was the best!! He made everything so simple, picking us up each morning at our time choice with bikes ready to ride and suggestions for where to stop for a swim & where to enjoy the best lunches. He really went out of his way to make certain we had everything we needed.

If you’re looking for an exhilarating adventure at any age(I’m 81), stunning scenery, the best bikes, suggestions for stops for a swim or lunch or whatever your heart desires, go ride the Heartland, the Paul Bunyan, Itasca & Bemidji State Parks.

My wife and I just finished our Paul Bunyan Trail Ride from Brainard to Bemidji and wanted to put out a big thank you to Jesse for putting together an awesome trip for us and taking care of all the lodging and transporting. Even with the weather it was still a 5 star experience. If you are looking to book a trip he’s the guy. Thank you Jesse! .

We used Soulshine to shuttle along the Paul Bunyan. They were wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They were an invaluable resource to us as we were very far from home and not at all familiar with the trails. Their recommendations for which trails to ride, which restaurants to try, timing of the ride as it related to incoming rain were all very helpful. Rhonda was our shuttle driver and we relied on her expertise heavily! She was a joy to work with, as was Jesse. It was a wise decision to have a local guide in the area, and really serves as a safety net. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Soulshine Cyclery we had a carefree bike trip along the 100 mile Paul Bunyan Trail. We were provided shuttle service from Bemidji to Crow Wing State Park. Our adventure began! All of our accommodations were lined up for us and our bags were delivered to our next stop. In Hackensack we went into Soulshine Cyclery to visit with Jesse and enjoyed great coffee and smoothies! Thank you, Jesse and Rhonda for a trip of a lifetime!
We can't wait to do it again.
